The Gunn JH Dance Department seeks to provide students with tools that support conditioning mobility, and recovery, helping them build strength, prevent injuries, and enhance overall performance. By incorporating resources such as foam rollers, yoga blocks, resistance bands, and trigger point equipment in the Dance Studio, dancers and other collaborators will have greater opportunities to develop healthy practices that contribute to both their physical well-being and long-term success in the arts.
