Grant Recipients

So, you’ve made your donation to the Foundation or are thinking about doing so. You know the money raised goes to AISD educators in the form of grants and tuition reimbursement, which betters the educational opportunities of our students. But what does it all mean? What impact will it have on the students? Here is a simple breakdown of last year’s successes:

The Education Foundation awarded more than $101,000 to 51 teachers, which positively impacted the learning and test scores of 5,432 students.

On average, it cost less than $19 per student to take a step forward in education. That’s just a nickel a day!

Take a look at all of the most recent Impact Grants, Classroom Project Grants and Teacher Tuition Awards.

“My classes used the TI-Nspire Calculator for many projects this year and I anticipate they will use them even more successfully in the years to come.  This is an add-on project and I owe it to the Education Foundation.  There is no way my classes would have had this benefit without you.  Thank you so much.”
